Ingredients:
Coconut Oil- Raw and Unrefined + Peppermint Oil- (Onguard & Spearmint are great choices too!) 1-2 drops depending on your preference.
To Make:
Put your drop(s) of peppermint on the tbsp of coconut oil before the big swish.
Instructions:
On empty stomach, put a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth. (Yeah, it's weird. . But worth it- I promise!)
Swish around in your mouth for 20 minutes. You can take breaks from swishing anytime. Please do not swallow this. Empty the dishwasher or make some coffee. Set a timer if needed.
Spit oil in trash - not the drain!
